Making money from driftwood can be fun and easy if you leave next to a river or ocean. The best part is you do not need anything to do this. If you have a vehicle just jump in and head towards the river or ocean. Walk along the bank and pick all of the wood you see in the water. If it is waterlogged that is ok because I will dry out and when it does it is worth money. Once you have 10 to 20 pieces of wood then take it back to your home. Get on the internet to find out where the buyers are and work out your deal. I think you will be surprised when you see how many people work with driftwood. The main reason is that it lasts a long time and is easy to work with. They make light frames, tables, and other furnishers from it. It also is good to burn because it has lost most of the sap that is usually in wood so it wants to clog up your chimney that quick. This makes it really good to burn but it would take a lot of work to have a lot to burn but, you could sell all for firewood if it does not sell as driftwood. Also, do not pick up just the big parts but the small ones work well. When you go to pick up the wood and you are at your home you should put the wood in 3 different boxes. There should be a box marked large for wood over 6 feet long. There should be a box marked med. for wood 3+ feet long but not over 6 feet. Then the last box should be marked small for wood under 3 feet. Now you should do your homework and find out how much furnishers cost. How big are they and how many places
